    Button

    I'm P. Nickson as you may know and i have the following question:
    i know how to make a click button, but if i insert it in a frame, test the movie, its only in the frame(s) where i put it....ok that is still all logic BUT
    is there a way which can make the frames stop playing, and only continue if i click the button??????

    Put a stop action in the frame where you want it to stop:

    Code:
    stop();

    And...

    After you've done the stop thing, select the button, right-click and click "Actions", then under basic actions, select "Play". This will make a prompt come up that says:

    on (release) {
    play();
    }
