Physics Question need some help answering please
Are protons unstable? Anyone who has any opinion to the answer to this question please reply here on this site or email me at Starofsoftball21@aol.com. All answers will be greatly appreciated, for my presentations opinions specifically from professors with a degree in physics will be most helpful but all opinions are needed. Thank-you.

Generally accepted that protons have a life of 10^32 years, which is much much longer than the sun is going to last, time for the universe to halt/collapse etc. - so don't worry about disappearring into a cloud of ???
But this follows a distribution of course, and so if you are really lucky.............once I was drunk and thought about spontaneous combustion due to the high energies involved in an unstable proton............
