    Are you saying that:
You want the SWF to be accessed
    from within the powerpoint?

    If so...

    1. Open up your powerpoint application.
    2. Open the CONTROL TOOLBOX. (VIEW > TOOLBARS > CONTROL TOOLBOX)
    3. At the bottom of the toolbox is a icon button for 'other' controls.
It looks like a little hammer. Click on it.
    4. You will get a scrolling/dropdown menu full of options. Scroll down
to SHOCKWAVE FLASH OBJECT. Select it. This is very important.
    5. Your cursor will change to crosshairs.
Drag these crosshairs to form the box in which you would like
    your movie to appear.
NOTE: You cannot place text or imagery on top of a Flash object.
    6. Right click on the box you just created. Select PROPERTIES.
    7. You'll see a window with a table in it. Click on the ALPHABETIC tab.
    8. At the very top of the table is the option: (CUSTOM) You'll see a
... icon at the right. Click on it.
    9. These parameters should seem familiar. Set the parameters you want.
Remember to put the absolute URL of your SWF file in the
MOVIE URL textbox. For example: C:\\WINDOWS\DESKTOP\movie.swf
I strongly recommend the parameter: EMBED MOVIE. This will embed the
    SWF into the PPT.
    10. Save the powerpoint.
    11. Run and see if it works.

    Hope that does the trick.

I haven't tried this with swish, but it works well in Flash. You can create an .swf from your powerpoint slides:

If you only need the slides (no actions, sounds etc.)... in powerpoint, save as windows metafiles. Then import the metafiles into swish. Then export the movie, and use loadMovie from your swish presentation to load the powerpoint slide .swf
