how does the ultrashock bombshock award work?

someone told me that my site was "a few posetive posts away" from a bombshock award, but how does that work? is it just the site with the most posetive posts at the end of the week, or what?

you have to be nominated for bombshock.

yeah, i was told that whatever thread in the "bombshock" forum had the most positive replies was usually the one picked for the bombshock award, or something like that...
