Color Guide

Everyone has seen the web safe color charts. But, has anyone seen
a color guide which uses, Hue Saturation Brightness numbers instead of RGB, or hex?

Would make life easier on people using adjustment layers in photoshop; particularly when using the Hue and Saturation adjustment when you can
not simply choose a swath.
