    Inserting video....like a music video

    I want to insert a music video from into flash what is the best way to do it????

    Well it depends on what r u going to do with the .swf after u imported the video, from that u can choose the codec (compression), sound quality, etc.
    BTW r u using flash mx if not then is a totally different story, sometimes (mostly) i use QT with a SOrenson 3 compression but .avi with divx5 has worked better sometimes, once again it depends on what r u going to use that video for.
