MC attraction to mouse...

I'm trying to find a site that had a nice fla on attaction.

The stage contained several circles in rows and columns. Each circle had an inner ring. When the mouse entered the outer ring of each circle it would slowly draw near the curser but would release if pulled too far from its original position. When the mouse entered the inner circle, it would lock to the mouse curser and not let go unless you left the window.

Anyone recognize this? Not sure what to call it. It is sort of an "attraction" function.

Well that's close in that the circles react to mouse movement the closer you get to them. But the site I saw showed magnetism-like activity.
