I use 3D Studio Max to create 3DS files to import into Swift 3D. I've seen 3DS objects that are one object but you can apply multiple colors to them. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make these type of objects in 3D Studio Max. This is kinda confusing so I'll give you a scenario. Say you create one single object in 3D Studio Max, then in Swift you import it but you want to apply different colors to different parts of the object, how would you do this? You're probably thinking why not just make two separate objects and give them different colors, well its a lot harder to animate at way in Swift. Thanks for any help.
