Rinse with water technique

I need to find or make a water rinsing animation using Flash MX. Its for this hair project i'm busy with and now i need to rinse the hair strand with water.

What's the best way to achieve this technique or can someone pls point me to a file that i can use, etc.

well one way would be masks ive seen this done in an example in the movie section and the image is placed in a mask and so distorted. i think this should give you the effect you are trying to achieve. heres the example

no probs hope it was wot you were looking for out of interest did you end up making your own hair strand?

yip, i did, using Flash - the client seems quite pleased with it..

btw, i'm trying this water effect - real nice, but quite difficult to figure out - u wouldn't know where i can find a tut for this effect, describing how it was done etc.

Maybe i should go to bed - 2:45am in the morning here - and then try and figure it out tomorrow.. but if u do know, don't hesitate to holler, else me try it the morning - i've been at it the whole evening!!

dont know any tutoriasl i find if youve got a samle fla just rip it to shreds and find out how everything works i think if i remember correctly the mask in that movie was controlled by action script to make it look like the taps had turned on and kept going. and i think the background image was masked twice thats about all i can remember.
