    1. Lose the #%$^ing popups
    2. Thats not an intro, its text swirling around on the screen, hidden by F$#%ing popups
    3. Redo the site, when you do bring some of the elements from the site into the intro

yeah, I'm going to agree with them about the pop-ups. I couldn't even SEE the intro because of them.

    Hey everyone,

give this guys a break. The title to this thread is "First Ever Intro" Did all the people here start out as bad asses in flash? If people are going to say they don't like something, I think they need to be able to express why.

Why don't you go and check out some tutorials on animation and what not. While you are working on your animations, start messing around with the ease in and out features of your motion tweens, they will help your movement be more fluid.

Text animations can be very effective, why not trying to throw some other graphical elements in with it?

And yes, the pop-ups ruin the show. I couldn't close it down. it is still lingering in my task bar...

    Maybe find a new host...

That is all the constructive advice I can offer at this point. Good luck dude.

Ok. Um... Do you have to pay for a domain when u have that many pop-ups? I can't say the intro was good, cuz 8-10 pop-ups popped... well popped up!

I mean, at least get rid of the "indiana target" poppups... trust me, it's worth any cost... the pop-ups make ppl want 2 just leave the site.

Oh, and when i try to click and drag the scroller, it gets all messed up and goes to the other side. Thought you might be able 2 fix that 2.

Don't make the scroller the same color as the background.

I can see some good stuff coming from you, though, you've got potential.
