Flash MX....how do you get rid of empty frames?

One thing about MX that has been bothering me:

How do you get rid of empty frames?
I have used the "clear frames" option, but it still leaves the blank white frames. These bother me because they extend the movie a ton.

    thanks for the help
    i think i can, i think i can

Try Shift + F5 if you're on PC.

Just select the frames you want gone and Right Click and choose Remove frames. Wipes them right out.
