    Video Size

    I've just read that its best to keep the video size to 320x240... is this the case only for web? or is this the case for cd-roms and other deliverables as well?

    Also, that was for a 1hr and something video cdrom so to keep file size down and, for the flash player and the pc to handle it, that was an option, besides web.
