    HELP! I cant post!!!

    hey my normal login [jasonpratt] is totally messed... i can log in but cant post... i get the activation/permission error, even though i already activated my account when i changed my email address... is this something that someone could look into... i emailed webmaster a couple days ago, but havent heard back... any help would be awesome!

    Yeah, i did tried all that, i even gave my act info to mmarkin to try... i also tried using 3 different computers... to no avail...
    like i said, i can log in fine, i just cant post...

    If you log in, try to post, fail and then go back to /board/index.php do you see the login form at that bottom?

    no, its not there when i go back(or refresh)... unless i log out of course...
    its really weird...

    I did have to change my email awhile back, and i think i may have entered it wrong once, so i changed it again and it seemed to activate fine... I wonder if perhaps the db got confused and is still waiting for the "wrong emails" ticket? I did try to change it again recently, and all was fine with the activation...
    I dont know, that is when it seemed to lock up on me. just a thought...

    I had the exact same problem to my old account too. Nobody would help so I got fed up and made this new one.

    yeah... i'm thinking that too... hey starkey, why not just add my 1100+ posts to this acct, and i can be a fk anomily (sp?)

    You need to click the activation link on the confirmation email, the next time you change it. The address hadn't been confirmed.
