morning all

i am having trouble with some flash 4 content being played in flash player 6.

the content was developed years ago in flash 4, but works fine with virtually all our clients. however, there is one who cannot view the movie.

the html file loads up, and right clicking gets the 'movie not loaded' message.

has anyone else experienced this?

any help would be great
