Help with buttons - please :)

Ok, this is really buggin me, can anybody help?

Basically I have created a button - In the UP state it just a box (graphic); In the OVER state I have inserted a movie clip - It's an image fading behind the button.
This is where my problem beings - I have created another movie clip - of the button fading back - but, how do you get the to work so that on mouse OUT it fades out - there isn't a on mouse out option - but I've seen lots of sites do it?

Hope this makes sense and someone can help,

    Thanks in advance,

    ANT!
