    Try it with yoghurt!! That is always good!

    slice a banana and an apple, add some honey, and preferably use Crn Flakes, not the other stuff with flavors and colors and stuff

    now you have a grown up full day meal

    add a tea spoon Nigella sativa oil to increase your immnunity and too help you concentrate better

    and to all you crazies out there, you cant eat dry cereal. Well at least I cant, cuz it always scratches up the inside of my mouth, and I start bleeding. I got a medical condition that makes me bleed more than normal, so thats bad
