    save in unicode

    I have bunch of txt file. And I want to convert them in Unicode format. Is there any software which help me to convert them in Unicode.

    then, is there any way to find out which file is ANSI or UNICODE.

    in notepad, choose save as - down the bottom there is an option ('encoding') to save in unicode. that should do the trick.
