Does anybody have any ideas how to create this kind of dynamic navigation menu ??

A single button which opens the navigation menu list.

5 navigation options (home,profile,portfolio,games,music) presented in a vertically aligned list.

When one is clicked it is then removed from the list because it becomes the current page.

Any ideas would be good cheers guys.
