Button within a button

I'm making a dropdown menu - and need to know the steps of how to put a button within a button. When I'm at the over state - my menu options pops out -

How do I then make the menu options into - a button with over state and click link to a new movie loading.

Could somebody please help, I'm trying to put a website together for the company where I work, and am kind of pushed for time.
