Basic backgrounds question.

If you look at the URL link at the top of this page there is a very faint background picture of diagonal lines cascading down the page near the top.

I was just wondering how you get that effect...I have seen it on a lot of URL's but I dont really want to individualy draw them as you can imagine.

Pretty simple, create one diagonal line and copy and paste it, you can select one line and hold down SHIFT and move the line, by holding down SHIFT the line does not move up or down and will stay at a horizontal level with the original first diagonal line.
