    it's too big!!!

I'm throwing together a real simple Projector file to document a recent roadtrip. Basically, a slide show with alot of jpegs and "back" and "forward" buttons. My question is how can get the size a bit more under control? I'm only halfway through my pictures and already it's over 13 mb! Thanks.

make sure your pics are no larger than they need to be. 72dpi and sized to the exact size you need.

we recently created a demo with a bunch of pics and I (mistakenly) used my Jpgs at a larger size thinking it would improve the quality. later I redid it using the same images but decreased the size and went from 5Mb to 500k.

another option would be to load the JPGs from the disk at run-time instead of including them with the SWF.

You can also use Jugglor to compress the Projector file. Try it by downloading a FREE evaluation copy from
