Looking for Flash/3dsmax/AE/ expert

I'm looking for an expert of flash animator with a very good experience of animation in 3d using any 3d software prefferably 3dsmax, Adobe After Effects and other effects such has particle illusion and so on. Mainly it will be for designing intro's and special effects.

Thank you for replying. Let me be a bit more clear, I'm looking along the lines of the flash work done here http://www.hostnexus.com . That means an expert flash designers will good skills in 3dsmax

u can do that sort of stuff without using any 3d program. u can even do it without flash.
