    No... that Filter effect is definately new. I just saw the site at the end of last week and it wasn't there. Those images used to slice in and out before. Now it looks like some hologramic effect they've created. Very COOL! BTW how does one create an effect like this? Masking? Can't be masking because there are so many masks working together and it would be so slow. Actionscripting methinks? Any ideas...

    the new version was just posted about a week ago, but i agree that hologram effect is new and very cool. must be action-scripting and a lot of math. noticed they have tint and alpha working at the same time. this site just keeps getting more amazing.

    Hi, and welcome to the forums.

    I have merged your thread with this one, which is an earlier post on the same site.

    Before you post a site have a search to see if it has been posted before. You can read the guidelines for cool sites at the top of the forum for search tips.

    thanks

    The site dont like my Opera 7.11, popup write above the style code:
    Code:
    a:hover {color:#ffffff ; text-decoration:underline;}
    a:link, a:visited {text-decoration:none;}
    body { scrollbar-face-color: #ffffff; scrollbar-shadow-color: #000000;
     scrollbar-highlight-color: #00000; scrollbar-3dlight-color: #fffffff; scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #c4c4c4;
     scrollbar-track-color: #969696;
     scrollbar-arrow-color: #000000; }
    The site is HUGE, for peole with slow connection like me, is deadly.
    Well women - i like them so much.
    But welcome site (splash) has magnetism.
    I will look tomorrow.
    See later.
    I like all FLASH fans, but my girl can't stand them.

    Can someone provide links to some kind of direction or tutorial as to how to use actionscript to achieve the slice in/out effect in the "Detour" section? Thanks!

    So, when i am in the site and click on those little boxes on the right... is something supposed to happen? They move around a little and every once in a while i get a loader, but for the most part nothing changes. If a loader does show up, it goes up to 100% and still nothing happens.

    Pity. It looks like it would be a nice site. Perhaps I am just a dumb user and I'm not clicking on some cleverly hidden navigation.
    Nothing happens until someone sells something.
