:-) Nice...
How did you maintain a pixelated look? Any tips...
What about music? You use and emulator and rip it?

wow. thanks for all the positive comments, everyone!!
robbmcauly,
i did a LOT of pixel editing in photoshop and then imported them into flash.
some were left as PNGs, some GIFs, and some were even traced as vectors. it all depended on how much it was being moved.
as far as the music is concerned, yeah i used and emulator on my PC that recorded the music. then i used a simple .wav editor to make sure it looped correctly and then transferred the sound files to my mac for importing to flash.
it was long and tedious, but apparently the outcome is pleasing!!
thanks again to everyone!!!

What about the colour palete?
Is it true 8-bit? Got any photoshop tools I could use?
I'm gonna try a bit of this...

in terms of each games separately, yeah they're true 8-bit.
considering they were each taken from the games themselves.
it's not too difficult.
just use your pencil tool and learn all your photoshop shortcut keys and it'll be a LOT easier!!

robbmcauly,
yeah, the masks on the mainpage need a bit of work. i'm currently working on the updated version.
mal pacino,
altogether, including the scripting for each individual page, the ripping of sounds, sprite editing, and networking of pages....
about 2 months.
keep in mind i was going to school 5 hours a day and working 2 jobs full time through most of its production.
i'm obsessed with video games.

kind of confusing when u click to the gallery and u get those windows with guys instead of gallery links...maybe have it when u click one of those guys it goes to the gallery too instead of clicking the kid head next to the house.
