How to get keyframe on reload?

Hi,

Please help me out here, i'm working on a phptemplate based website
with a flash header. The header contains the navigation.

So far so good everything works.

Now I want the same header to display the page that's loaded in de content area.
Because the header is reloaded on every refresh I can't get the
movie to go to a specific frame number.

I considert different flash headers, but I would rather use only 1 because that's only 1 to be cached. Also don't like the use of frames so that's neither an option.

So I think this can be done but not with my experience, can someone point me in the right direction.
