Hey everyone, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, or if I was wrong to post this at all. I just thought the designers at flashkit would like to know that my domain name, fusionmedia.net, is up for sale on ebay.

fusionmedia.net has been my personal portfolio site sense I bought it while in college. I'm tired of paying for hosting so I decided to sell it. Sorry if it sounds like spam. I'm just a designer looking to sell my domain and thought "hey, maybe some other designers would be interested."

i'd be suprised if u get what u want for it, most ppl know u will let it go when it expires, if not u have 2 rebuy it and then sell it

be interesting to see what the outcome is

i would nt trust the appraisal ppl (i mean dont base the cost on what they say)

well, honestly, though I don't like paying for hosting, I've become attached to the name over the past 3 years of owning it. I know that if I let it expire, it would be picked up within a patter of hours or days. Unfortunately for the owners of fusionmedia.ws, .cc, .org, etc, I won't let it expire. If no one buys the domain I'll just use it for email and stuff like that.

ok you want $600 for it lmfao yeha ncie one if someone really wanted that domain theyd a. wait till it expires like pheonix said or b. grab the .co.uk or woteva of it. Both my domains my .co.uk and.com both only total to £16 a year so why would anyone pay $600.
Can anyon explain this have you got it into like the top 10 on google and other search engines or something what makes this domain name better than any other domain name?

When I bought the domain "fusionmedia" as a name wasn't built up. Now people HAVE purchased .ws .cc .info .us .biz and .org. I think it would be worth it to all these companies to get the 2nd best extension possible. But then again, maybe I'm wrong. And like I said, if no one buys it, it's not going to be expiring :-) I like owning fusionmedia.net.

I guess we'll just see what happens.

try selling it to fusionmedia.org or another fusionmedia dns owner i dont think youll get your 600 for it but i think thats the way youll be able to make the most or one of the other fusionmedia competitors. Just an idea.

peace no hard fealing thanks for comment on my site, I ddint think it was too good at the start but its growing on me.

ok just checked link to your site thought id at least give you my opinion of your site as you gave me your opinion I see a nice clean design, very quick load time, and great use of visual graphics and colour nice work.
Now lets get back on topic
