Can someone design a graphic like this for me or explain how?

I was wondering if anyone could design a layout/graphic for me similar to the one attached. I am looking to show my customers our old layout and then have it fade into our new layout since we are taking on a lot of renovations. I don't even know where to start to draw an item like this. If anyone is interested (with possible pricing) or has an idea on where I can start please let me know. Thanks in advance.

prateek1-are you talking about 3dmax also or some other program?

I thought 3d max was for jobs that needed lots of detail and shading. Mine really doesn't have to be that detailed.

No, i am talkin' about^3DS Max... If u want an undetailed one, u dasign like it. There is not a selection like "detailed/undetailed"
But these 3D programs are really hard to learn... I am tryin' to learn 3DS Max too.. If u solve out how, let me know

i reckon you could do that with an overhead plan drawing jsut create it as pixel art in photoshop. But if you want to go and use a 3d program sot hat you cna use the building later from all angles you can sue swift 3d for that easy to learn and produces that kind of effect. Its not worth wastign 3000 jsut to make something you cna make in swift 3d whihc costs 160 LOL

yep, it all depends on what you need though.

Plasma is also a modeler, swift is more of a renderer. So swift is pretty basic and gets hard when you want to do kinda complicated stuff....that's my point of view at leas, it may be that i got used to the max 3d interfase, i dunno.

When you say render it in photoshop you mean draw it right? That seemed like the slow route.

I downloaded the demo for plasma, but that looks like it is over my head at this point. I have a home design suite that did a nice job, but lacks the colors or the exporting of the 3d model.

    Any other suggestions?

How difficult/complex is your floorplan? Send me a sample and I'll show you what we can do.
