Slow movie

I have a movie which it quite complex. I lot of movie clips moving around. I do have a preloader in it, but on some computers the movie playes much slower then attented. Almost jerky at points. Increasing the fps does not help. Is it the processor which is not keeping up?

Does anyone know of a trick to keep the movie the same speed on all computers.

The only trick that works is to have less going on at the same time.
