nice bitmap animations, not so sure about the layout, I think that two window thing is a bit restrictive and using the central button as additional nav is kinda counter intuitive, like having to click something on the side of it there to submit the login when having a button under the login text fields is so much more straight forward.

the animation on the central button is just so smooth and butter lovely though, and I love that dark metal texture when the site is 'closed'

Not to impressed... though i was never a big fan of the last site. This one seems way to small and I really don't like the brown border... The black/grey gradients are nice and the rollovers are awesome... but other than that it's just a regular "cool site" (of course, that's not bad )

I personally liked the site. There are things I think could have been done better, but the site is clean, smooth and creative. I like the tile background, but I have to say, if any average Joe did that, I don't think people would think it was as cool.

Seems like the effects on the buttons is becoming popular. Flashlevel did something a little similar on their latest client site. That is an Adobe After Effects technique if I'm not mistaken?

It is simply very good, technically speaking it plays on all Browsers & platform very very smooth !!!!!!!!!!.
Design is a sure winner and effects are kept the same as previous V to keep it ..::debauer::..

its not too bad, but for some reason theres nothing that makes me want to see it again. the effects are all well done, but the overall design just doesn't seem as good. i really don't like the background patterning, and the "skin" mode seems kina pointless. it doesn't reskin the site, it changes the background color.

the circle nav is cool, and the flow between sections is nice. i really like the effect you get when a button is clicked. but something about it makes it seem less professional than i wish it was.

Has anyone found any hidden features apart from the skin selector yet?

    I've just noticed this...
I like the way the sound of the buttons correspond to the sound coming out the speaker... That is, the buttons more to the left play louder on your left speaker (pan more to the left), and vice versa with the right hand side buttons.

Maybe i didn't have my speakers on loud enough to notice it earlier.

Best button / rollover effect on the Internet?

There might not be much substance to this site, but what a button.

I was hoping for a more cinematique version than this. There are sites known for actionscript/flash skills and there are sites known for cool visual/audio experiences. Derbaur was the second one and they seemed to have left that behind.....unless I missed something.

I could barely read the text in that central nav orange disc. There wasn't much to keep me captivated so I left after probably only a minute....which surprises me since this was one of the sites that got me into flash.

    Too bad.
