    Transparent Tex Box Help

I search in the forum for some examples, and did not find what I was looking for. I am trying to make an transparent back groud that will look like this.http://www.swishreality.com/ldsite/ldsite10.html

The text box has like a glass look to it.

Here is a quick example. The background is just a rectangle with a dark color but with the alpha set to 80% or so. In the example I made the background a gradient as I liked the look.

    Cheers,

    It's not a text box

    It's a shape (rectangle)
With a solid color and an Alpha (transparency) value to it.

After creating a shape click on the color in the shape panel
the alpha setting is A setting at the upper right of the
    color chart.
