    Bump Maps

Is there an app that can make bump maps from my original maps?
Cus I tried to make bumps in PS but that didn't work out well.

First I did grayscale then I adjusted the levels, but without succes

don't forget to check and add the bump map and the greyscale to the list of material items within 3ds max. Adding more contrast between the shades of grey is highly adviseable.

And also, adding percentages higher than 25% is needed if you're using omni lights.

    Hope that helps

    Yeah I got it now
But my biggest rpoblem is that I can't make my inside walls photo-realistic.

I want white walls that are painted, but I can't find a good texture and I can't create the desired effect myself.

    Any advice for me ?

add a bit of noise, or a slight bump map from photoshop of noise. Painted walls are not flat and shiny... they're a bit rough and almost matte. but don't add a huge amount of bump. also, try experimenting with lighting.

Look into purchasing the Brazil Renderer. With the correct shaders and using their Luma Server, you can simulate painted walls very realistically.

Its(Brazil) what I used to throw together your first render. Took about 10 minutes.
