    I am creating an intor for my site, but it looks prety bad, I can see every frame as it goes forward. I have the Movie set @ 20fps. How do I fix it? Do I have to compres the file before publishing?

    when you publish it is when it is compressed. What speed is your processor? Mine is a 133 and almost every flash I see is chopy. Try viewing it on low quality. If it plays fast then realize that thats what people with faster computers are seeing. So its just your processor trying to crunch all the data. Also does it have sound? High sound quality can slow it down too as well as excessive layers.

    I have a 433 proc..,, Maybe its the resolution? should it be @ 72? I have it at 400...... Thank you soo much for your time! Also does Importing alot of movies into one make it bigger?

    the more mc's there are playing it wil make the movie run slower.. and u should put the res to normal

    Yeah what Trevor said and you said too...normal resolution and the more Movie clips that are trying to play will make it choppy....and 433 is still kinda slow now a days.
    You can help it by killing any layers that arent needed and excess frames off the end. It might not make a difference...but everry little bit helps.
