Appalling turn around on Submissions updates

In 2001 I submitted a fla to Flashkit: click here to view. There was a tiny error in the php script that stopped it working. I have re submitted the php script to flashkit 20+ times over the last 2 years but yet when you download the zip it STILL contains the old, incorrect php script.

What's going on? You rely on goodwill submissions by your members to keep the site running yet you've ignored every email I've sent you on the subject.

Also the email address: fksubmit@turnaround.com.au (Where we're told to send addittional files) doesn't work. I've attached a zip containing the correct files to this post. Please, PLEASE change it!

If it's broken - try to fix it

Also, when I try to submit a comment to direct people from the movie to this page (so they can download the correct files) the 'post new' and 'post reply' buttons don't work. Can you have a look at that too?

    The URL is http://www.flashkit.com/movies/Basic...6166/index.php

gareth, I haven't seen one of your requests via email. If I have in the past year and it sank, I extremely apologize. This is the best place to post these issues.

Ok, I'm taking a look at this now.

Gareth, I can't get to the server from this machine. Due to the recent hack activity, we've had to tighten things up. As soon as I get to my other machine, I'll upload your new files. Do you remember if they are named the same as the old?

Can you tell me where you found this? There are some strays on the site and people mention them, but never follow up when I ask where they found it.

    WTF?

    Still not sorted!!!???

Is there a problem with the file I sent you? Is there something else you need me to do before you can change the file? Why haven't you changed it over?

I don't know. It all seemed to be going so well... A little too well... And then... Like a bolt out of the blue... NOTHING HAPPENS

    Itchy berrad

Just checked today: 25.09.2003 8:45am and it's still the old one.

I'm not asking to borrow your favourite hotwheels car, or have a go on your new BMX... Just replace the old zip with the one attached to the top of this thread. That's all!

It should be fixed now. I also commented out your mail function on the live version.

For anyone who tried to use the broken script: I apologize for the extra delay.

    404

When I click to download the zip now I get an 'HTTP 404 - File not found' error. Can you double check this?

Not sure what you mean? Which bit have you commented out, and why?

    All fixed.

I commented out the line containing mail(). It opens us up for spammers using it to send out spam or someone using it to send anonymous email. So basically, email won't go out.
