    looks good.

    My only pickyness is the "Untitled Document" title and that the slogan does not look centered with the logo. It may be mathematically but it doesnt visually. move it to the left alittle bit.

    It's very nice and clean but there are a few things I'd like to comment on.

    First... Nightfall. The first thing that comes to mind is a white moon through a black tree in a field... or something like that. I don't think green at all... Your colors have a daylight/spring feeling that doesn't really represent your name.

    Second is the periods between each word. I don't think they fit, if you had words like BRAND. IDENTITY. DESIGN. i think it could work... but your tagline seems more like a sentence that's broken up by periods.

    I do like the logo and the tagline, but I just thought I'd share my first impression

    ok im assuming your new to design?
    i cant understand why you have chosen green... ???

    surely something simple like a grey halfcircle and dark blue would look better?
    just my opinion i know, but grey and midnight blue give me a sense of night a lot more than bright green.

    Not too bad - but yeah, that really isn't a night feeling for a website. I myself would think of something urban, black, white, and gray, with dark music. But, , that's me.
