My music sounds like crap when I put it in flash

I want to put parts of a song in my flash animation. I've never really made a complete flash animation pretty much been learning.
but when I listen to the songs with media player or whatever everything sounds fine so I put them in my flash animation and listen to it and it sounds liek crap why is that and how can I fix it?

Well, you could by changing the settings of the audio or maybe your double compressing it and it sounds awful when its exported.
