    close window?

    hey,
    i have a pretty simple movie, i have a button that i would like to close the movie(the entire window) when its clicked.
    cant seem to find an action for this.
    figure it shouldnt be too hard.
    any ideas?
    thanks!

    on(release){
    getURL("javascript:window.close()");
    }

    on(release){
    fscommand("quit");
    }

    First code. You'll get a warning if it's the only browser window opened!

    actually, now that i think about it, it wont have its own window. it will be embedded within the authorware project which will have its own window that i wont want to close.
    is that code still good?

    Why not create a blank HTML document

    on (release) {
    getURL("blank_page.htm");
    }

    well, i want the page its in to be the only window there. not another one.
    there is one web page with some html content, the flash movie plays, and when its done i want it to disappear and leave the web page with the same html content behind.
