Creating a glow on mouse over...

Hey all,

Im trying to create a realisitc glow on mouse over a button...
CAn anyone giude me with steps i should take to get this effect...

glow only on outside of the button, on mouse over it goes from a small to large glow/area (5px to 30px??)

How can this be done?

Use Photoshop's glow filter.

if you have PS 7, blending options>outerglow then import it into flash as a png
