    Invoice Small Print?

Have any of you guys placed wording at the bottom of your invoices that states something along the lines of "payment of this invoice implies completion of contracted work" or something along those lines?

you know what Im getting at

I know exactly what you're getting at and yes, I have done that.

My small print may look something like this:

Payment due upon receiving this invoice. Any questions can be directed to Scott Manning at 610-259-XXXX.

By paying this invoice, Company agrees that the contract work between Scottmanning.com and Company Name that started on March 17, 2003 is complete.
