    i created an html site and i can't seem to delete a frame which i put by mistake.

    The easiest way to me it would seem is to open up the HTML Source with a frame selected (F10), and delete the line that reads <frame src=".../Frame-X"> related to the frame you want to get rid of, or get rid of one of the numerical or relative values in the area where it reads
    <frameset rows="#,#,#"> (same theory applies to columns)

    If you want to get rid of the frames alltogether, just call the page being referenced and not the frameset.

    to get rid of a frame just drag it off the page.
