another one. I must say that im not happy with most of the resullts. If i had more time I would have prolly made something better. Still, i like a few things about it like the first splash and the fire although it could use more inbetweens

It is a shame that colors have names

That's pretty cool. I'm glad you told me it was fire, though. That part goes by so fast it's kind of hard to tell what it is even when I know. Having him hop up and down before diving in might give the viewer a little more time to figure out what's going on.

I wonder if there are any traditional animation resources available to the less educated public...

Here's something we did last week just before Halloween. Be sure to pump up the volume from the beginning.

greenbackjack: funny idea. The animation could be improved by making it more fluid. i like the camera effects. the drawings could also be better.

toon doctor: maybe you should add a few seconds in the end because it ends too abruptly, but otherwise i like its good

my first walk cycle. YAY!! I dunno why when I uploaded it it became whiter....

That's cool... I've always wanted to be able to make a decent walking sequence.

This is a bit violent, so yep.

Just a little more work to do, obviously, might add some frames, and if I'm feeling EXTRA saucy I'll try to up it to 24 fps.. I usually make the mistake of only keyframing climatic moments and just sort of unaturally linking it to another uneventful key frame. It really makes for terrible animations. I'm trying to fix that.

many more frames to go, also, there's one frame where the guys body isn't present... it's difficult to actually spot, but it just fudges the whole damned thing... it's when he punches the missile (the second one)

condensed video of old animations + about 5 seconds of real new animation.

Old as well. I don't really know what I've posted and where, but I'm sure I posted the first one here YEARS ago. I'm just taking advantage of the youtube.

http://cp.aaron.tripod.com/id4.html I just completed this one last week.

    So, what do you think?

    hello friends,

here's an animated music video that i created for thom yorke's "the clock":

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKlMbzHsLNY

i incorporated flash animation with live action footage and compiled them all in Final Cut. I'd be happy to field any questions about this process.

Boy, what kind of drugs do you have to take before you start seeing stuff like that, dude?

Nice work though, DVflash. Plenty of wierd and an equal portion of cool.

i like how the parts of the face turn around

    A walk cycle

This was my last animation assignment which was a 5-10 second animation with lip synch. The quality of the image is a little bad but it still works
