    entertaining, shortlilben

I threw this together for that "water flow" thread... but anticipating the inevidable "realistic" response... I figured I'd just post it here.

    http://members.cox.net/fiddlestick/surf/surf.html

It's rushed... I refuse to spend more than an hour on an example ani... though I did like the result.

    ..

here's some stuff I've worked on in the past... 2 or more months... each were pretty much thrown together durring one night of hot steamy passion and left to rot on my hd.

    http://members.cox.net/fiddlestick/u...ppysuicide.htm

I'm sure I'll get back to em' eventually...

Thanks , I want to... but it's likely I never will... They'll probably just fade into my infinite depository of unfinished ani's.

yojo, that mad scientist animation is great! I love how everything's so smoothly animated-- and the face behind the bottles is awesome, aswell as the drinking of the potion (watching the potion drain)-- awesome work! very cute!

Fantastic -- fluid movement, nicely drawn backgrounds, simple catchy soundtrack, great character...you should be proud.

Thanks for the nice comments. I've got a Wacom tablet coming in the mail. I can't wait to try it out. This is one happy little beaver.

Also, I think a moderator deleted the last post I said this on but.... I just got nominated for the macromedia student innovation award, so I’d appreciate your votes if you have the time! In my footer's a link to the site.

E-Tahn, those peeps in the microwave are hilarious!

for some weird reason i cant see the pill animation.
and the mad scientist is really cool, specially the bottle effects.

anyway, here are 3 little animations that I made a while ago in a 1 month 3d animation course:

    http://www.vidiLife.com/reloc.cfm?cr...9D-44E4-9B6D-E
this one was the first animation, it doesnt make sense but... who cares... lol.

    http://www.vidiLife.com/reloc.cfm?cr...60-4789-82B7-B
In the process of making the second animation, we learned how to make facial expressions, so i played a little with them and rendered this as a test.

This is the second animation. It has some little mistakes with the movement cuz it was my first time using a biped. It also has other little things that I would have fixed but didnt have time to do it

Yeah, that mad scientist ani is pretty awesome, especially like the way you did the magnify/warp effect in the beakers.

I was working on this and my dog destroyed my stylus... so I'm sort of helpless at the moment- though I'm trying to adust to mouse use, so I might be able to continue it sometime soon.

    Leap3

Basically it's the same old crap.. but I thought it would be cool to have him tumble through the cabin of the plane and fire his gun half way through and blast his way out the side of the plane. I also wanted to lengthin the time between the second and third shots.
