    SWF>>>FLA / Corrupted FLA Files

    Hi,
I recently lost all my files from my flash web sites, because my hard drive got messed up, and i just want to ask if anyone knows of ANY programs that could convert SWF's back to FLA's or any programs that would fixed corrupted FLA files ??? (i recovered the files from the hard drive but they dont work, it says "unexpected file format".
I'd really appreciate any help, thanks a lot
    matt

    hi,
thanx for your ans, i do have flash mx and i did check the properties of the files, but there's nothing there, i didn't have a chance to try it on a different computer yet, thou, but i really doubt it would work anywhere else... and what pisses me off is that i've been working on my web sites over a year and now i lost all the files cause of a stupid hard drive, but well anyway, if anyone knows of any possible solutions, plz let me know

    to be honest with u.
i had this problem before with an external HD that was working on mac osx, then when i tried to plug it as usb storage it didn't show me any data.
at that moment i tried (Data recovery) for mac. it did recovery with one file only cause it was trial version.
but the file it has recovered is well working as it's the original.
    try to use it.
    tell me the news.

u'll find a copy of that software for windows. no need to use mac.
i was just telling u that the software can do a thing to ur case.
    anyway.,
    take care.
    hear from u . ok?

oh, i have a question. do u know how to protect my swf from advanced importing?
i mean to write some action to it.
the file has to be downloaded first on the user pc before running.so , is there any way to in-activate it once he finish his visit to me?
