problem with font purchase

Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere.

I purchased ITC Officina Sans (for mac) from font.com two days ago. I installed it as instructed but when I saw the display and printout, the type was very rough. I couldn't use it.

I've e-mailed the vendor thrice but I have yet to receive a reply. I'm really caught in a bind becuse I needed that font a couple of days ago and now I have a product I can't use and causing a delay that is costing us.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Where else can I find this font? Not that I'm willing to buy it again. Please, if you have some ideas.

I'm checking out the site now. So far, searching for ITC Officina lands me back to the site where I bought it. Thanks again. Can and will use all the ideas I can get.

if you got a type 1 (postscript) font, you must have gotten 2 files. both of them need to be installed, because one of them is a screen file and the other a print file. if the print file is not installed, then when you try to print it will come out all pixilated.

but the vendor should be able to give you more detailed support, for sure.
