carbs/metabolism
its easy
you just eat large meals twice a day. your metabolism should slow down. keep eating foods high in carbs like bread, rice and pasta. Just try eating lots of food when u r hungry and make sure u cant eat much more, that way u shudnt wanna eat too many meals a day

Deffinatly weight training...if you want to put on weight don't do it in fat, do it in muscle. Oh, and don't try to lower your metabolism..I like you have a very high metabolism, and enjoy it...in 10 years you don't want to worry about being overweight.
Now to clear some stuff up + other general tips:
*Pasta and other starchy foods, arn't bad for you, and don't cause you to gain a lot of weight...some of the sauces put ontop of past can.
*Butter is better for you then margerin....you would probably gain more weight with margerin then you would with butter because the fat in each is a differnet...the fat in butter is processed by your body better, but don't eat margerin...its bad for you.
*Eggs are good for you (yes, even the yolks).
*Some studies show cholesterol may not be the big bad culprit to hearattacks that it has been made out to be.
*Watch sugar intake....it can cause diabities(sp), and refined sugar is even worse (all sugar is refined).
*Whatever you do, don't use sugar alternatives that contain Aspararatame(sp)...google that you will find out why, those of you that are watching your weight...same applies...trust me.
*Every pond of muscle you put on increases your daily caliore burn by 40-50 calories, you may need to adjust your diet accordingly.
*Eat 3-5meals a day.
Enjoy, hope that helps. Here is a good article on metabolism for ya all that I found: (its on raising metabolism, but has good info either way) http://www.power-nutrition.com/healt...etabolism.html
