    Flash developer - help

    Hi - i'm a flash developer and i work for a software company in Guildford Surrey. I'm going to be leaving soon and my bosses asked me to help them locate a replacement. Where's the best place to post for this kind of thing?

    the salary will be in the 20k - 25k region i reckon. Not spoken to the bossman about that just yet.

    Here's the text for the advert incase anyone is interested.

    Flash developer required that also has creative flair. This permanent position would require you to work in-house along side our software development team and to produce/maintain a data-driven flash user interface for a financial information website. Some experience with jsp/asp/php would be very beneficial.
