One of the best band ever...Hope they come to Philadelphia.

Don't listen to the insults from the 16 year olds on this forum whose idea of good music is Linkin Park or Limp Bizkit..one day when their pimples clear up and they get over their teenage angst, they will appreciate what real music is. Maybe someday, if they actually ever get to kiss a girl..they will understand what Paul and Art were talking about all this time. Trust me...people 30 years form now are not going to be listening to Linkin Park...But I gaurantee people will still be listening to S&G...

Linkin park and limp biscrap stink, I dont think any hip hop rap rock and rolls stuff is good. I like 60 and 70 music, and soundtracks. And I'm not 16.

you guys have no idea what you're talking about. You'll learn to appreciate Simon and Garfunkel in college. Til then you just sound like asses busting on these legends. 750,000 people went to a concert in central park in 1981 to see them play live...

I don't mind Simon and Garfunkel, my grandmother plays them all the time.
I like they'r draker sounding stuff. And I'm like the Flasher in the respects of 1960s-1970s love of music.
But I go for the Zeppelin approach.

phenomenalCat, "music from my time was good and it will continue to be listened to for years to come". Ever heard that before? Your father probably said it to you once or twice and his father probably said it to him. I like linkin park, not because my friend like it, or it is "cool" to like them but because they continue to produce interesting music that is entertaining to listen to. I hate Eminem with everyone ounce of my body but I love The Eagles. You like the music from your youth and there is nothing wrong with that but to imply that moden music is not "real music" is not only wrong but realy shows how ignorant can be. S&G are cool tho

It would seem impossible to underestimate your musical tastes.

You may claim that those of teenage years don't get the S&G sound, but 16 was a long time ago for me, and IMO, they should stay retired.
