    Faded edges!

    Hi

    Can anybody tell me how they at http://www.2advanced.com/realtybid/
    have made the cloud/sky look like it does? ( I suppose it's made in photoshop but I mean how it exatly have been made )

    They probably just had a large brush with soft edges and erased the outside of the image so that it fades to the blue background. Its a very easy method but very helpful making transitions from one image to another.

    either what sk8 said or used a very "feathered" selection.

    get a cloud picture, select the oval selection tool, and type in a value of 50 or so in the feather textfield.
