    how to inbed a quicktime movie file into Flash?

    Im wanting to inbed a quicktime MOV file into a flash page kinda like this page -

    anyone have any idea or know of any tutorials on how to accomplish something like that? Any help would be appreciated.

    Actually, that's not embedded into a flash movie. Right-click around the video, it shows a normal html page menu. you'd embed it like any video (which i usually don't do so don't know the coding off the top of my head).
