What program is this image created in?
I would like to learn this effect but I don't know what it's called to look for a tutorial....is it done in photoshop or psp etc...click on the link and look all the way on the left hand side and there is a vertical rectangular bar with shades of blue....kind of looks like curtains blowing in the wind...

Thanks in advance

you can make that effect in photoshop with layers, the circle tool, gradient fills, and opacity changes in a few minutes probably (if you know what you're doing.
pretty much any image editing program and the know how of how to use it
if you are new to them, hit up the basic tutorials covering photoshop or whatever program you are using, this can be creating using the basics of the toolbar and some creativity
good luck

Thanks...I understand the layer, opacity process. I just have one more question, I would like to make my own shape, the custom tool has a list of pictures etc...I would like to create my own shape and reshape it to my liking. What tool are they using to accomplish their own custom design?
