How to make a small animated .gif ???

Hello all,

I'm trying to help out a buddy with a Fantasy Football Logo for his league and not sure the best way to make an animated .gif

(I'm using Flash 5)

I figured out how to export a movie and save it as a .gif, but couldn't get the right size and file size. If I made this small .gif the full size of the screen and tried to shrink it down the quality would be very poor.

What is the best way to make a small 150x150 pixel animated .gif with a small file size?

Set your stage to 150 x 150 to match the physical size. As for file size, Flash will save any keyframes or frames involved in a tween, so only use a limited number of those to keep file size down.
